Water Lab

Visiting the primeval location of Seattle’s watershed truly revealed to me the magic that is the water tap. Turning on the faucet is in effect opening a conduit between the urban, domestic, and controlled world and a pure, wild, and natural one. Water Lab, a video commissioned by Seattle Public Utilities and the Seattle Office of Arts and Cultural Affairs, explores water as a mystical occurrence brought forth not by engineers but by the supernatural.
